What Patients Say.

Stories of trust, recovery, and compassionate care.

Thank you doctor for your expertise, kindness, exceptional care and dedication to my mom's well-being. Thank you also to your wonderful team. Thank you for keeping our hope alive during this stressful time — I have great confidence in you and your ability.

— Muhammed S., son of a patient · Yenepoya Hospital, Mangalore

I had undergone robotic surgery with Dr. Mariam Anjum and overall I have had a pleasant experience! Although mine was a complex surgery with a huge fibroid uterus and me being on the heavier side of weight to add on. I would like to thank Dr. Mariam Anjum, her entire team and the hospital management. God bless.

— Robotic surgery patient

It was destined to meet an angel like you, and after going through a robotic surgery under you it was a great experience for me. I was really nervous when I met you, but you explained the whole procedure so gracefully that I could clearly take the decision. After surgery, in one week I could travel and get back to Bangalore, and now it's almost two months and Alhamdulillah I am absolutely fine. You are so humble and clear, and your staff too were excellent. Robotic surgery is really an excellent option — with less pain and fast recovery. Thank you, Dr. Mariam Anjum, for the care and surgery you performed on me. Keep doing the good job. JazakAllah khair.

— Robotic surgery patient

Thank you for the love and encouragement that you showed me. You kept me motivated that I would heal quickly. I couldn't imagine a surgery like that without your tender love and care. Jazakallahumma khair. ❤️

— Robotic surgery patient

My mom had a hysterectomy recently through robotic surgery. Although we were kind of worried at first, I have to say she recovered within a week post surgery, and now it's been 3 weeks and she is completely alright — no complaints of any surgery being done. Thank you Dr. Anjum and team.

— Daughter of a patient

My mom underwent robotic-assisted hysterectomy in the month of January under Dr. Anjum. When she was posted for surgery we were very anxious. She recovered within a week and now she is completely recovered. Robotic hysterectomy surgery sounds very scary, but through this surgery my mom recovered fast and she is back to her job in Israel.

— Daughter of a patient

My mom had been suffering from severe abdominal pain for 5 years. Under Dr. Anjum's supervision and recommendation she was advised a hysterectomy. 3 years back she went through a painless surgery via robotic surgery — it has less risk and a quick recovery process, and it's minimally invasive. We were amazed how well my mom recovered physically and emotionally from years of painful suffering. She is quite healthy and active now, and was able to travel within 2 months after the surgery. Dr. Anjum was very supportive at all times and helped with any questions or doubts.

— Daughter of a patient

My mother-in-law was recommended for hysterectomy, but given her age and high BP condition we were very concerned. Dr. Mariam recommended robotic-assisted hysterectomy and the whole procedure went very smoothly. Our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Mariam and her very efficient team. Dr. was very approachable and always cleared our doubts. The pre- and post-surgery orientation was very helpful. This type of surgery was time saving, and most of all the pain was minimal and recovery fast. My MIL was fit to travel and perform Umrah within 2 months of the surgery, Alhamdulillah.

— Daughter-in-law of a patient

Huge thanks to Dr. Anjum. Got my mom's robotic hysterectomy surgery done at Yenepoya Hospital. Super amazed with the speedy post-surgery recovery due to the robotic surgery. You have been very supportive in making us feel confident about the whole procedure throughout. Thanks once again.

— Family of a patient

My mother-in-law had bleeding 4 years after menopause and Dr. Anjum suggested a hysterectomy. My MIL was worried and asked for open surgery because she was scared of the robotic one; then the doctor gave us a clear idea about robotic surgery since she is diabetic, a BP patient and also obese. Alhamdulillah, we chose robotic surgery, and by the second day we were discharged and her stitches recovered soon. After 6 weeks she was fit to travel to Qatar, and after 10 weeks she performed Umrah too. Now it's almost 4 months and she had a rescan, Alhamdulillah! She is fine now and more satisfied. So grateful for your suggestion — thank you Dr. Anjum for your guidance pre and post surgery! 😍
